I'm on diet rations before my holiday. The shock of realising people may see me in a swimming costume does that.
No cheese for this week and I'm in theory doing 100 sit ups and squats a day. In practice though by day 4 my stomach hurt that much I did 5 so I'm
playing it by how much pain I'm in.
Ankle still killing am now worried I have broken a bone so won't go to get an xray in case they put it in a cast. I'm not going abroad on
crutches.
I might try making Kulfi at some point that does sound good.

I made a second batch and used coconut milk instead of heavy cream and then I put in a little coconut extract intead of the tea and cardamom. Then I
added about 1/2 cup of toasted coconut to the mixture before freezing. I took two lactaid and got one down without any problems. It was fabulous. This
is the recipe:

Yes, yes, I know. Feel free to throw tomatoes at me. Summer was busy, yes, but I was also struggling more than ever with decreased motivation and
increased frustration, restlessness, and depression. And my netbook borking his hard drive has reduced me to the desktop that gets my room very hot,
and I'm not all too keen on using that computer more than I have to. I'm back, though! Well, for a bit. I'm going out of town over the weekend.

That's what you get for buying a male computer.

All of my electronics have been males. I have yet to encounter a female computer. I'll need to get a new hard drive for the netbook, and Kaj is
supposed to be preparing a flash drive so that it can be loaded with an OS, since there's no CD/DVD drive for putting in an OS install disk. But it
will be done! Hopefully before Christmas ...

How could you not like bacon?!? Is "Play-Dough" one morpheme or two? Is "Thank you." a complete sentence? Why must I be forced to give my kid no
credit for a phrase such as "I got this." which is socially acceptable but not technically correct? And most importantly, why did I have to come
down with a cold over the holiday weekend, while visiting with the boyfriend?!?

No, I got the sore throat on Saturday. I arrived at his parents' around 23:00 on Friday. No way a cold could take hold that fast.
I don't think I've ever had cashew brittle.
